1. Digital Products
Because digital worksheets, ebooks, templates, and downloads can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after the access link or file has been delivered.
2. Webinar and Class Tickets
Webinar or class tickets may be rescheduled, credited, or refunded only when Momify cancels the session or when required by applicable consumer protection rules.
3. Physical Products
For physical items, refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days after delivery with clear photos or videos showing damage, wrong item, or missing components.
4. Duplicate or Failed Payments
If you were charged twice or paid but did not receive access, contact us with payment proof so we can verify and resolve the issue.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after digital access has been sent.
- Failure to attend a webinar without prior notice.
- Incorrect contact details provided by the customer causing failed delivery.
